Delivery time, fee and origin are shown on every product and again in your cart, before you pay. When you order from several suppliers, you get one parcel from each, tracked on its own.
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
Who sends my order?
Each supplier sends its own parcel with its own delivery time and returns. You see every delivery time and fee in your cart before you pay.
How are suppliers checked?
Every business is checked before it sells: company and VAT details, product safety data and a sample order.
How do returns work?
Each supplier's return rules are shown before you buy. Orders are covered by the BaltTrade buyer promise and support.
How can I pay?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices include VAT for your delivery country.
