Description
6-string Tenor-size ukulele strings!
6-string ukuleles sound louder than others and form chords, even when playing simpler melodies.
They are played just like any other ukulele with a GCEA tuning.
The A string features both a Low-A (the lower A—this will be the red Aquila string) and a high A simultaneously, creating an octave.
Similarly, the C string offers the standard ukulele C-string tone, along with an upper C string—an octave higher than usual.
Therefore, when playing melodies on the A and C strings, you’ll discover entirely new harmonies.
- ADDITIONAL: Low A string, High C string.
Aquila New Nylgut strings deliver a warm, clear, and resonant tone. They’re gentle on the fingers and ensure your ukulele achieves a vibrant “lift” to the next level of sound!
Designed for tenor ukuleles tuned g-Cc-E-Aa.
- String type: 6 strings for tenor ukulele
- String tuning: Tenor g-Cc-E-Aa
- Material: Nylgut
- The low A is from the AQUILA RED series—red in color.
Aquila strings are made in Italy and will beautifully enhance your ukulele’s tone. They’re also globally recognized for helping beginner-level ukuleles sound richer and more expressive.
